Description
The Process Query Language (PQL) is central to many Celonis services. It is a coding language, that has been developed by Celonis to provide users the best way to ask process related questions. Examples for such questions are: What is the throughput time of my product? How high is my On-Time-Delivery rate?
When written as PQL statements, these and more complex questions will yield an answer based on data in a connected Process Data Model. PQL statements can be applied inside the Analysis UI.
To execute PQL statements, first a Data Model must be established in the Data Model Section to link all process data tables. PQL functions from the PQL Function Library can then be applied in one of the above-mentioned applications to express your process question as a PQL statement.
