Celonis 4 assets available from Support
Warning
From 2025-01-13, you must follow this process to access Celonis 4 assets.
You can request these assets from the Support Portal:
Installer packages: We announce new Celonis 4 versions in our release notes.
License keys: Make sure you include the Server ID for your installation so we can send you the correct license key; see the installation guide for more information.
Content Store apps: We can provide a catalog of the available apps on request.
Accessing Celonis 4 assets
Log in to the Support Portal.
You can create a log in from here if you don't already have one.
Open a case, requesting the license key or other assets you need.
We'll get in touch when the license key or other assets you requested are ready.
